Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of Don and Shanda Morgan for approval of a rural residential lot split for Lot 3, Block 5, Shamrock Acres Second Addition. The property is located north of Bismarck, south of 97th Avenue NE and east of 26th Street NE, along the northeast side of Dublin Drive (3020 Dublin Drive).
At the hearing, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item.
