[ARCHIVED] Burgum directs flags flown at half-staff in honor of Congressman Elijah E. Cummings

Gov. Doug Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the U.S. and N.D. flags at half-staff today and Friday, Oct. 18, and encourages citizens to do the same at their homes and businesses, as a sign of respect.
