[ARCHIVED] Mayor Bakken declares COVID-19 state of emergency

Mayor Steve Bakken declared a state of emergency for the City of Bismarck in response to the public health crisis resulting from the novel coronavirus COVID-19. This allows the City to assist with community wide response efforts for the COVID-19 pandemic.
