On April 24, 2020 at about 7:00 PM, the Bismarck Police Department received a report from a person who reported that his vehicle was shot at multiple times. This incident occurred in the 1600 Block of Burnt Boat Road. It was reported there were 2 other occupants in the reporter’s vehicle. The shooter was in a vehicle that pulled up next to the reporter’s vehicle.
Investigation into the incident identified Albert Crews, an 18-year-old male, as the driver of the suspect vehicle. Mason Schuh, a 24-year-old male, was identified as the shooter in the suspect vehicle.
On April 27, 2020 at about 6:30 PM Albert Crews was arrested for Accomplice to Attempted Murder. Formal charges are pending with the Burleigh County States Attorney’s office.
Mason Schuh is still at large and is wanted for Attempted Murder. He is considered armed and dangerous. Mason Schuh is described as a white, male, 5’09”, 155lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
