Bismarck residents may have received, with their City of Bismarck utility bills, return envelopes with the incorrect physical address printed on them. This only affects the bills with a statement date of 9/30/2020.
Please check the return envelope and if it is not addressed to City of Bismarck Utility Billing, please dispose of it. This was by error of the City’s third-party mailing service Peregrine Solutions.
Duplicate invoices with properly addressed return envelopes will be mailed to the affected residents. Residents need not wait for corrective envelopes if they pay their utility bills in-person, by phone or online. Please be advised that the actual utility bills and amounts were correct.
