Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) will be conducting a drive-through COVID-19 testing event at the Bismarck Event Center next week, on Tuesday, December 29. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., but could end earlier than scheduled times, depending on availability of testing supplies. The testing event is open to all ages and is first-come, first-served. Individuals wanting to be tested must enter Parking Lot D, (the lot south of the Bismarck Event Center, across Bowen Avenue) from Seventh Street. Testing will then be conducted inside the Bismarck Event Center.
Individuals wanting testing are asked to complete a preregistration survey that is available online at https://testreg.nd.gov/. By completing the entire questionnaire, you will speed up your overall testing event experience. Pre-registration does not guarantee test availability.
There is no fee for the collection of samples and subsequent COVID-19 tests and an individual’s health insurance will not be processed. Viral testing will be conducted at these drive-through events, but antibody tests are not available through BBPH at this time. Response times for test results may vary, depending on lab capacity. It may take up to a week to receive results. Visit https://www.health.nd.gov/covidtestresults for test result information.
All individuals are encouraged to continue practicing universal precautions to keep yourself and those around you as healthy as possible:
