[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Available for Individuals 75 and Older

COVID-19 Vaccine Route Map - 7thIndividuals aged 75 and older can register for COVID-19 vaccine clinics conducted by Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) scheduled for the last Tuesday in January and the first Tuesday in February. Register for your appointment on either day, while open time slots last: 

If you are unable to complete these online forms, please contact BBPH for assistance by emailing bbph@bismarcknd.gov or calling 701-355-1540. Vaccine events are subject to change. 

Depending on the vaccine used during the clinic, individuals will need to return for a second round of vaccine 21 days (for the Pfizer vaccine) or 28 days (for the Moderna vaccine) later. Individuals receiving vaccination will be able to make their second-dose appointments while at the vaccine clinic. 

For ongoing response efforts to the COVID-19 pandemic, the North Dakota Department of Health has established a COVID-19 Hotline to help answer your questions. You may call 1-866-207-2880, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, with questions. Please note that individuals seeking specific medical advice should contact their healthcare provider.
