Individuals aged 75 and older can register for COVID-19 vaccine clinics conducted by Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) scheduled for the last Tuesday in January and the first Tuesday in February. Register for your appointment on either day, while open time slots last:
If you are unable to complete these online forms, please contact BBPH for assistance by emailing bbph@bismarcknd.gov or calling 701-355-1540. Vaccine events are subject to change.
