[ARCHIVED] Bismarck City Commission to hold public hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:


    Request of Dan Potter and Wayne and Jennifer Harvison for approval of a zoning change from RR – Residential zoning district to the RR – Residential and R5 – Residential zoning districts for Potter Pointe Subdivision, a 6-lot subdivision on 7.42 acres. The property is located southwest of Bismarck, between Mills Avenue and Larson Road, along the west side of Langer Lane (a replat of Lots 1-4, Block 1, Replat of Lots 1A, 2A and Part of 3A, Mills First Subdivision and the west half of the Langer Lane right-of-way).


At the hearing, the Bismarck City Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested parties to be heard with respect to this item. The City of Bismarck is encouraging citizens to provide their comments for this hearing via email. The comments will be sent to the City Commissioners and included with the minutes of the meeting. Please submit your written comments by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting and reference the specific item your comment addresses, including the agenda item.  


Citizens may also appear via video or audio link for a 3-5-minute comment on this public hearing item by providing an e-mail address and contact information via email at least one business day before the meeting.
