BISMARCK, N.D. – The Bismarck Snow Emergency Declaration will end at Noon, April 19, 2022, and will no longer be in effect. The Snow Emergency routes are cleared and in good driving condition. Parking is now allowed in designated areas on snow emergency routes.

City Roads and Streets crews are continuing work in residential and commercial districts with street widening efforts.
