A candidate is being sought to serve on the Bismarck Parking Authority. The volunteer committee has one open position. This position is open to any member of the community and not subject to property ownership conditions. The position is to fulfill an unexpired term through December 2025.

The deadline for applications is Friday, July 29th. It is anticipated that the new board member will be announced at the August 23, 2022, Board of City Commissioners’ meeting.
The Bismarck Parking Authority is a 5-member advisory board appointed by the Bismarck City Commission to provide convenient reasonably priced parking to the residents, clients, customers, merchants, and employees of the Downtown Parking District. The Bismarck Parking Authority currently manages four ramps and two surface lots.
The Bismarck Parking Authority meets the second Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 N 5th Street, Bismarck.
