We would like to update you on the on-going reconstruction of South Washington St. and Burleigh Ave.
Washington St. / Santa Fe Ave. Intersection
Mainline concrete paving is 92% completed, with the remaining items planned to be completed next week. In order to efficiently facilitate this work, Knife River will be closing the London (west) side of the Santa Fe (London) / Washington intersection. This closure will occur on Friday (10/25) and remain until Monday (10/28). After this period, the only concrete items remaining will be Warwick and South Victoria tie-ins as well as the inner, north half of the roundabout.
Burleigh Ave. Widening
The work along Burleigh Ave. is progressing nicely and is currently planned to be completed end-of-day Tuesday (10/29). With asphalt paving occurring Saturday and Tuesday.
