[ARCHIVED] Public Input Meeting to be Held March 3 for Proposed Tyler Parkway Street Extension, Improvements

Invitation to 3/3/25 Tyler Parkway Public Information Meeting

An in-person meeting will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central on March 3 at Elk Ridge Elementary School Cafetorium, 4401 Ivory Lane, Bismarck, ND. The Public Input Meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 6:30 p.m.   

A Virtual (pre-recorded) presentation and other materials will be available on the City of Bismarck Website on the event date of March 3.  

The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to discuss the proposed street extension of Tyler Parkway across Tyler Coulee between Valley Drive and Cogburn Road along with street safety improvements along Tyler Parkway between West Century Avenue and Ash Coulee Drive. The Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. Representatives from the City of Bismarck & Apex Engineering, will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

If unable to attend the Public Input Meeting, written statements or comments must be postmarked or emailed by March 17 to Derek Anderson, PE, Apex Engineering Group, 600 South 2nd Street – Suite 145, Bismarck, North Dakota 58504 or email Derek Anderson with “Public Input Meeting-Tyler Parkway” in the letter heading or e-mail subject.

The City of Bismarck will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  • an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities, 
  • language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and 
  • translations of written material necessary to access City of Bismarck programs and information.
