Starting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, Rosser Avenue will be closed between Hannifin Street and Washington Street for a contractor to do work on the watermain. Work is expected to last until the end of the day Thursday, May 29, 2025, weather permitting. During construction, eastbound traffic will be detoured from Rosser Avenue north on Griffin Street to Avenue C, then east on Avenue C to Washington Street, and back south on Washington Street to Rosser Avenue. Westbound traffic will be detoured from Rosser Avenue north on Washington Street to Avenue C, then west on Avenue C to Griffin Street, and back south on Griffin Street to Rosser Avenue.
