Bismarck Expressway has had reduced lanes this week between Washington Street and 3rd Street. During repairs, unexpected water leaks were discovered, and the reduced lanes will be needed longer than originally planned. The current estimate is that the westbound through lanes may possibly both be open by early next week. However, the eastbound through lanes are likely to remain reduced for three weeks. Please expect delays when passing through this area.
