Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the Bismarck Forestry Division will perform removal of two trees at the SW corner of North 7th St and East Rosser Ave. While this work takes place the right turn lane on East Rosser will be closed along with the far right traffic lane on North 7th St. All other lanes on North 7th St and East Rosser Ave will be open while the work is done. Work will be completed by the end of the day.
