The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing on Friday March 27 2026, at 10:30am regarding proposed amendments to the Bismarck-Mandan 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The meeting will be held in the David Blackstead Meeting Room of the City/County Building at 221 N 5th St, Bismarck, ND.
The hearing will provide an opportunity for public involvement in the review of proposed amendments to the TIP. The TIP includes federally funded metropolitan area transportation projects over a four-year time frame. The amendments will be adopted by the MPO Policy Board, contingent upon no substantive change required due to public comment.
