Noncriminal Offense

If you are issued a citation for a noncriminal offense, you will be asked to sign the citation. Your signature is an acknowledgment that you received the citation and consent to either appear or post bond as required. Your signature is not an admission of guilt. Your citation will include a bond amount; you have 14 calendar days or until the court date on the citation, whichever period is longer, to pay this bond or appear in court.
