Overview

When receiving a parking ticket you have 30 days to do one of the following:

• Pay the ticket (to Bismarck Municipal Court 514 E Thayer Ave Bismarck, ND 58501)
• Write a letter of explanation, including your name and address
• Appear in court on a Monday or Wednesday at 8:50 AM to speak with the Judge

Failure to do none of the above is an infraction under city ordinance punishable by a fine up to $500. It is treated procedurally as a criminal offense. A defendant will be sent a summons and complaint.
