[ARCHIVED] Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health to offer return to work breastfeeding class

Returning to work after having a baby can be a challenging time for mothers. Certified lactation counselors at Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health want to assist mothers with meeting their breastfeeding goals. 

Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health will hold a breastfeeding class geared towards helping mothers who are returning to work. The class will be held Wed., April 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health, 500 E. Front Ave., Bismarck, ND. The class is free and open to anyone that wants more information about breastfeeding and lactation support while returning to work.

Topics that will be discussed during class include: maintaining milk supply, childcare and workplace support, and adjusting to breastfeeding while returning to work.
