2. The City of Bismarck is seeking quality photographs to help promote our community. Photographers of all ages and abilities are invited to submit original seasonal photos of life in Bismarck – people, community celebrations, parades, children playing, street scenes, places and more! Abstract photography is welcome, as long as there is a connection to Bismarck. Show us your best frames and moments captured of Bismarck! Photos may be used in print publications, communications and marketing materials, the City website and social media. Photo credit will be given to the photographer.

    High resolution photos are preferred, at least 300 dpi or 1024 x 768 pixels recommended.

    By submitting photo(s) you are granting the City of Bismarck permission for non-exclusive rights to use your photograph(s) in any and all publications or marketing materials, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity. You are also certifying to City of Bismarck that you are the sole, current copyright holder of the images and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You also agree that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals pictured or their guardians/parents if they are minors. You also certify that you are of legal age and agree to indemnify the City of Bismarck from any and all claims related to the photo(s).

    If someone younger than 18 is submitting photo(s), they must complete and submit this Parental Consent Form with their submission(s).
