2. Requesting materials from another library system is called an "Interlibrary Loan". This service is available to current Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library card holders who have an active library card owing fees of less than $20.

35. Materials from other libraries within North Dakota are obtained free of charge. A $2 fee per item is charged for materials obtained outside of North Dakota. Additional fees may also be charged.

    Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
