Your Ideas Welcome - Public Input

Bismarck and Burleigh County want your input regarding how to make our community safer from potential hazards/disasters.   Please take a couple minutes to complete the survey (10 questions) by April 10, 2025.

Can I provide input after April 10th?

Yes, Bismarck area residents and interested parties from neighboring jurisdictions may provide ideas and comments at any time regarding the existing Bismarck Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (PDF).   The existing 2020 plan will be updated in 2025.  Your ideas regarding actions that can be taken to minimize the likelihood or the impact of any potential disaster (ie: natural hazards) are always welcome.

To share your ideas (after the survey is closed), you may contact Bismarck Emergency Management at 701-222-6727 or  email Gary Stockert, Emergency Manager - City of Bismarck.
