Parking Authority

Parking Authority is a 6-member advisory board that oversees management of municipal parking facilities. Their mission is to provide convenient reasonably priced parking to the residents, clients, customers, merchants, and employees of the Downtown Parking District. The Parking Authority is enabled by NDCC Chapter 41-61 Municipal Parking Authority Act. 

The Parking Authority contracts with Rocky Gordon and Company for management services. More information on the Bismarck Parking Authority is available on an independent website.

Terms on the Parking Authority begin in January and continue through each calendar year. Applications are solicited for open positions in November and appointed by City Commission in December. An application may be submitted for a board appointment at any time.
